Kaizo Studio is an independent apparel label. We draw our own graphics, print them on heavyweight blanks, and sell them directly to the people who wear them. No middlemen, no licensed characters, no warehouse full of unsold stock.

What we actually do
We are both the designer and the retailer. Every graphic in this store is drawn in-house or commissioned exclusively for Kaizo Studio. We do not use stock art, we do not resell other people's designs, and we are not affiliated with any studio, franchise or rights holder. If you have seen one of our designs somewhere else, it did not start there.
We choose the blanks ourselves. Our tees are Comfort Colors 1717 — heavyweight, garment-dyed, ring-spun cotton. Our hoodies are Gildan 18500 cotton/poly fleece with ribbed cuffs and hem. Both are unisex, side-seamed and shoulder-taped. We picked them because they hold a print well and survive being worn regularly, which matters more to us than shaving a dollar off the cost.
How your order is made
Nothing in this store is printed in advance. When your order comes in, the artwork goes to a production facility in the United States, where the garment is printed using DTG or DTF equipment, cured, inspected, packed and shipped straight to you. Production takes 1–3 business days.
We work with a third-party fulfilment partner to print and ship. We say this plainly because it is how the business runs and you deserve to know it: we design and sell, they print and dispatch on our behalf. We select the blanks, we supply the artwork, we set the quality standard, and we are the seller of record. If something arrives wrong, you deal with us and we resolve it — not with the printer.
Why print to order
The apparel industry overproduces enormously, and unsold stock ends up incinerated or in landfill. Printing after the order removes that waste entirely. It also lets a small studio carry a wide range of designs without gambling on which ones will sell.
The trade-off is honest: your order takes a few days longer than something pulled off a shelf, and we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on an item made specifically for you. We would rather tell you that up front than bury it in the small print. Our Return & Refund Policy sets out exactly what is and is not covered.
What we stand behind
- Original artwork. Drawn by us, for us.
- Garments we would wear. Named blanks, listed on every product page, so you can look them up yourself.
- Prints that last. DTG and DTF ink sits in the fabric rather than as a plastic layer on top, so it does not crack or peel like heavy vinyl transfers.
- Fixing our mistakes. Faulty, damaged or incorrect item? Free replacement or full refund, 30 days from delivery.
- Answering our own email. Within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday, from a person.
