This website is operated by BRAVEBITS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, at 8 The Green STE D, Dover, Delaware, County of Kent, 19901. EIN 32-0798298. We trade under the name Kaizo Studio.

Throughout this document, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BRAVEBITS LLC. “You” refers to you, the visitor or customer. By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are and what we do

Kaizo Studio is a print-on-demand apparel brand. We design our own graphics in-house and we sell them directly to you. We are both the designer and the retailer.

We do not hold stock. When you place an order, the garment is printed to order by a third-party production partner operating from a facility in the United States, and shipped directly to you. We select the blank garments, we supply the artwork, and we are the seller of record and the party responsible for your order — if anything goes wrong, you deal with us, not with the printer.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any brand, studio, franchise or rights holder. Our designs are original works created by or commissioned exclusively for Kaizo Studio.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is your own or that you have permission to use it.

3. Products, made-to-order nature and descriptions

Every item is manufactured after you order it. This is central to your rights and obligations under these terms:

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including garment brand, fabric composition and print method. Product photographs may include digital mock-ups. Printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on screen because monitors are calibrated differently, and garment dye lots vary marginally between production runs. Minor variation of this kind is normal for printed apparel and is not a defect.

Sizing charts are provided on each product page. Our fits are unisex. Because garments are made to order, we cannot exchange for a different size on change of mind — please measure before ordering, or email us and ask.

4. Prices, currency and payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and you are charged in USD. Prices exclude any import duties or taxes levied by a destination country outside the United States.

Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Accepted methods, currency conversion, bank fees and security are set out on our Payment Methods page.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before producing the order and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge you a higher price than the one you agreed to without your consent.

We may change prices, discontinue a product, or limit order quantities at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not create a contract of sale; the contract is formed when we accept the order by beginning production. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, in the circumstances listed in our Cancellation & Modification Policy.

6. Shipping and delivery

Production times, shipping costs, delivery estimates, customs charges and our liability for lost parcels are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, graphics, text, photographs, page layouts and the Kaizo Studio name and marks on this site are owned by BRAVEBITS LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, print or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.

Buying a garment gives you ownership of that physical garment. It does not transfer any rights in the design printed on it.

If you believe any content on this site infringes your intellectual property, email support@kaizostudio.co with details of the work concerned, the URL of the material you object to, and your contact details. We investigate every notice and will remove infringing material promptly where a claim is substantiated.

8. Your use of this site

You agree not to use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the site or its security features. We may terminate your access for breach of these terms.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately at support@kaizostudio.co if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

10. Third-party services

This store runs on the Shopify platform. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. Production and shipping are performed by a third-party fulfilment partner. These providers have their own terms and privacy practices governing the data they process. What we share with them, and why, is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Errors and site availability

Occasionally information on this site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We may correct such errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order — subject to section 4 above regarding pricing.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site. Access may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We provide the site and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, and except where a statutory right cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from delay in delivery where the delay is caused by a carrier, customs authority, weather event, industrial action or other circumstance outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. If you live in a jurisdiction that grants you rights which cannot be excluded by contract, those rights apply regardless of anything stated here.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BRAVEBITS LLC against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this site.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The “last updated” date above tells you when the current version took effect.
